How to migrate zones in DNS from one server to another (windows 2003)

Hi there,
I want to transfer all zones in DNS from the existing server to another one. The first server where the DNS is active is the default gateway with 2 IP addresses( internal and external one). Also the WINS and IIS are installed. Should the second server have all the roles the first serve has?
