how to modify exchange group policies to work with MS7

I am running windows server 2003 with exchange 2007. I am using a group policies to set the desktop image on users desktop. it works fine when using XP, but when upgrading to MS7 on the a laptops, the image policies no longer work. I am thinking its due to the file string to the user profile on the laptop uses different file names in MS7 then in XP. the file in XP is called “documents and Settings” and in MS7 it called “users”. but not sure. is there a fix????
