How to move from Networking to CRM

Hi All,

I am a B.tech graduate. I have 3 yrs of exp as Network Engineer & 1 yr exp as Team leader.

I really dnt want to continue with networking as i find very few no of female persons in this filed. and also am having Professional degree. am interested to move to CRM .

Can anyone please suggest me, what are the skills i have to learn. which is the best CRM software to go woth.

I also would like to know the technology where i can use my networking exp, intead of trying like a fresher.
