How to: Move network printer from desktop to print server?

Hey everyone, I currently have a network printer I’m running that was installed on my desktop PC. The printer is going to replace another printer that recently died. How do I go about migrating the printer from my desktop PC to the print server? I don’t want to printer to be unusable every time I shut down. I am in a domain, the desktop is Windows XP Pro SP2, and the server is Windows 2000 SP4.
