How to pull data off of a portal with no domain controller?

We have recently built out a new portal and are unable to pull the data off of our old portal. Apparently the domain controller is gone. Sharepoint 2010 is what we are using and Sequal server 2008 R2. Looking to pull the data and put on a share drive. Then from there users can go thru their files and populate the new portal. Any help is appreciated?
