“How to” – Punch down a 66 phone block

Good evening…
I am going to use cate5e cable with rJ45 ends for phones. We are not yet using voip, but someday so I want to prepare.

Back at the block can someone give me instructions on how to punch down the cat 5e cable?

Or any better ideas. I’m a data person and haven’t dealt much with phones – but they are coming to me so I need to learn asap.

A diagram would be nice to show me – I’m a visual learner. Thank you!!!
