how to :: Read no copy

Hi,

1 server, 25 machines connecting to it
I like to ask in Windows XP professional (or family)
is there a way to let users accessing a folder in the server
without being able to copy files from it in any way? (explorer, DOS..etc)
please tell me how to set the permission in detail
