how to reboot my laptop toshiba satellite L305-s5894

hi,i don’t know wat happen i was workin on my laptop it was kinna slowin down than i turn it off than since than it doesn’t wanna start..i tryna run the recovery but each and every time it always say there is error…could some one help me with that problem
