How to recover Data?

Hi
I have deleted a user from Active Directory because the user was resign and now I need to recover data from her local profile. I login as admin and copy her entire profile folder from users. I think if any files they are located in C: disk will be not included, I see folder of my documents, music, pictures, Desktops, Download and Favorite and Strat menu. I should have disable the account first and back up files and delete just forgot.
