How to regulate distance between lines of multiple records in Oracle Forms?

I have an Oracle Form with a master/detail relationship. The lines of the detail items on the canvas are separated by a vertical space almost as tall as the item boxes. I want the lines flush against each other, as they are in another multi-record display on the form, but I cannot find anything in the property palettes which seems to be relevantly different.
