How to remote connect to 2nd PC on router w/ static IP-using PC Anywhere

I’m trying to figure out how to remote connect to 2nd PC on router w/ static IP-using PC Anywhere. I have the host PC at one location and two other PC’s at a remote location. I am able to connect to the first and older one but then I installed a router and an additional PC that has camera’s on it. How might I connect to the 2nd PC when they both have the same router router address. I tried using the 2nd PC’s private IP address but no go?
