How to remote to my home Network

Trying to be able to remote to my home network from my work. Used to have just one computer and remoted through RDP and used my IP address. Never messed with a home network before so i am new to this. Using dd-wrt firmware on a router.

Any ideas how to connect to one of the computers on the home network?
