How To Remove a Comment Box From WordPress Site?

I have been receiving spammy emails from random email addresses due to a commenting system which is by default enabled on my site. I tried my best to research about it in order to remove it manually as this specific option can’t be removed using an option.

I’m using a Coupon WP theme by FameThemes and the store section uses a custom post type so the stores are a separate field on my site and use its custom commenting system. I have already disabled commenting on my site from the backend but this specific commenting system can’t be removed or disabled.
