How to remove a domain from a mixed envronment NT4/2000/2003 AD

Hi,

I have two domains, dom1 wk2003/2000 servers, dom2 has one nt4 server. The nt4 server doesn’t show up in the AD though it does on the network. I want to decomission the nt server, dom2, without any adverse effects on dom1.

How do you suggest I go about this?
