how to remove Spyware Detector

I downloaded Spyware Detector and decided I didn’t want to purchase so I uninstalled it. For an unrelated problem,I had to use the VAIO Quick Fix Wizard and it restored the computer back to August 1st. Now when I start the computer, I get the message that Spyware can’t be opened because it can’t be found. How do I get rid of this program totally and keep from getting that annoying message?
