How to remove virus Rahul’svirusprotection.vbe?

recently i have problem with ie7, whenever i open it bring the one web site which i dont set as my home page its something “zoomeshare”, i tried to change the home page to other but still that web site. i can’t change. if i go any web site, on end of the title for the internet explore shows LORD RAHUL COOL, i search about this on internet, get this is Rahul’svirusprotection.vbe, i find this file on my windows root directory \windows\system32, from here i try to delete after clear the check box for read only. it says accessing other application, is there a way to delete this file and scan any other place whether this type file is exist or not.
