How to Resolve Video Editing Software Crashing During Rendering?

I’m experiencing an issue with my video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve) crashing during the rendering process. It happens randomly, and I’m not sure whether it’s a hardware issue, a software bug, or something related to my workflow.

Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, what steps or solutions have worked for you to resolve it? Any tips on improving software stability during the rendering process would be greatly appreciated.
