How to restore corrupted dwg file?

There are some file created in AutoCad 2006, the amount of which ballooned to 89 MB. File – 2D drawing with 14 types of dynamic blocks (11 blocks contain an average of 15 primitives, 3 blocks of 50 primitives), only the blocks combine primitives has inserted raster size of 30 MB, besides drawing contains about 2,000 objects.
With such a wild file size is impossible to work: wild brakes from model space to paper space sometimes can not go – I get an error, the program closes. Tried to compress the file now does not open.
