How to Route My PC to my Friend PC Using Internet

i got 2 PC A n B, for A (IP 192.168.60.x) i use for home network n B (10.1.250.x) for internet. so i want online with my friends. Now how i want to route from PC A to my friends PC if their IP(192.168.40.x).

Any one can help me for this problem. 🙁
