how to run a profiler on internet connection?

i’m using an internet connection. from past one month it is frequently disconnecting. (for example for every 2 or 3 minutes.) i want to keep history of disconnecting and re connecting in to a text file with time. so that i can show the evidence to my internet service provider. plz some one help me

is there any special counter for tracking internet connection in performance tool (which is in administrative tools)
