How to run a Program on another computer on network by using COMMANDS

hi all,

I would like to know that how can i run specific program on any other computer by using Commands. I want to use it on windows 2000 network. I tried RunAs command but i think its not working. As we are having a heavy load Server which has some applications running 24/7 always up but some times due to heavy load some of them crashes so we need to VNC there and have to start it again which takes i think 10 to 15 minutes which is more time, so i thought lets make out a batch file using commands which can directly start up that application on the server.

Kindly suggest me the solutions..
