How to save web pages completely?

I have been trying to save some web pages bells and whistles, such as http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/14434/scan-a-windows-pc-for-viruses-from-a-ubuntu-live-cd/ with either Internet Explorer or Firefox. When I reopen it from either browser, all the images are not saved. I wonder why. I try to copy and paste it on to the Microsoft Word, the same problem happens, no images.

I do some translation at http://translate.google.com.au/?hl=en&tab=wT#. I save the pages after the translation, but all the original words or phrases and the translated are not saved. I did see them saved before. Now I can’t. What could be the reasons?
