How to screen capture during NT install.

I’m trying to set up a training program for my new IT employees showing step by step the NT installation process. My problem is that during the restart process my sceen capture utility is not loaded. I need a way to capture screens throughout the entirety of the NT 4.0 installation process. Many thanks in advance.
