How to screenshot an application (incognito) on smartphone or on pc

How could I screen discussions, on phones, on apps that show you have screen. Also on PC. Strange question but I was given a special site where I could screen without being seen. But I don’t understand how it works. I tried and it works but I want to get some real advice.Thanks, here is the link:
