How to screenshot and print simultaniously

I am head of an organisation with a dozen people writing and printing documents. I need to keep track of what is being printed. So I’ve installed a Printer Logger, but this program only saves the name of the document being printed. What I need is a program or a trick to be able to know at the end of the day, not only which documents have been printed, but also the contents of the documents. I need – at the end of the day – a log file or folder with screenshots of every page printed, without letting my co-workers even notice. Is this possible???
