How to see data in IBM RS/6000 (AIX)

My hard drive crashed. Now I can not boot. The LED is 223-229. I just want to access my data in the IBM RS/6000 that is running AIX. Any suggestions?
Can I connect two hard drives ( one is new bootable hard drive, another is my crashed hard drive )and access my data? what command should I use?
