How to set hostname , Extension and Ip for specific systems as wallpaper

Hi guys quick question i have about 1000 systems in our organisation (Domain) , based on our account we deal with , we have extension for each systems .. but agents tends to use the wrong extension .. my question,
is there a way to have (System Name , Extension And ip address) from a list in text file to be displayed on each individual system ? either wallpaper or any where visible so that when supervisors walk around they can see if agent using wrong extension
