How to set up client-server

Actually I have to maintain and manage around 30 pcs (OS is windows 2000 professional) in a school laboratory. Then I also have a server (OS is windows 2000 server). All the pcs was wired (LAN).

How should I set up a full control from server, so that the other pcs is easily to manage, ie. if I found a student playing a game in his computer, I can remotely give a message or lock the computer.
