How to set up print server so that I dont have to put in username password

I asked a similiar question a few weeks but didnt get the answer I was looking for…so I thought I might ask it in a different way. I have a network which already has a server for managing most operations. I bought another server (server 2003) only for acting as a print server and file sharing. It is not necessary for this new machine to be password protected. I have 150 agents on their laptop that need to access this new server and I dont want them to have to put in a user name password. How do I bypass a username password, I dont want to set up a domain. Please advise.
