How to set up VPN over Vsat

Hi,

I have three remote branches which have been accessing some servers here at the HQ using ASDL. Now I want to change this to use VSAT. So my question is how do I set VPN over VSAT and what sort of equipment can I use. Do I need to set up Vsat on HQ as well?
