How to setup a home network

Hello,
I have a Cable internet connection (modem to network card, not via USB) I want to connect a second computer( actually a junk 486 80Mhz),through the use of network cards. i.e install another nework card on my main computer, and one in the second. My aim is to share the internet. the main is PII(300Mhz-win98 f.e)2nd Win95- Many Thanx
