How to Setup ISA with 3 external line?

Dear All ISA Gurus,

i’m still new here.
I would like to setup the ISa for user authentication access internet.
my ISA is sitting infront of firewall.

so i would like to assign certain user to go out to internet thru specify a different ip so tat the firewall can permit it with different access rules.
