How to Setup RAID 1

good day to all.

i have an old server purchased 2 years ago, a Compaq Proliant ML 350 T03 with a 36.4 GB HD, 512 MB RAM, WIndows Server 2003. It has existing files which are important.

i am planning on setting up a RAID 1 configuration but i have no idea how. i have read about RAID and GHOST but have not done it in actual, and since im new to this i am quite hesitant on performing setup.
