How to share Dialup Broadband (BSNL) with win 2k3

i have broadband dialup connection. I m using two lan card for the sharing .cable coming frm modem goes to one lancard & 2nd lan card connected to switch.
I use to share 1st lan card so 2nd lancard by default take IP 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0
1st lan card take IP 192.168.1.4 its dynamic DHCP frm BSNL line 25.255.255.0
gate way 192.168.1.1 DNS ser ver is 192.168.1.1.
i have set up lan using range 192.168.0.2 to above. i use to ping at each node but cant share internet amont the hosts. plz tell the details procedure or setting related to win 2k3 so that i can acces the internet.

Broad band has DHCP ip add but DNS add is fix
