How to shut down port 135, TCP/UDP

I have done everything to close this port, but without success. I disabled DCOM apps by running WinNT\System32\Dcomcnfg.exe, and also downloaded the latest patch from Microsoft. But when I do netstat -an, both TCP and UDP are still present with TCP 135 listening.

Does anyone know how to do this?
