How to turn off router’s firewall

My office installed a Netgear router model MR314. I wonder if anyone would has a clue on how to modify the router setting to allow NetMeeting and MSN Voice/Video Conversation? It seems the current firewall setting blocks all the Voice/Video communication as well as the IRC session. Thanks for your comments in advance.
