How to uninstall Explorer 6 from win98se

I have win98se with internet explorer 6,it was working fine from couple of months,now windows is working but explorer has stopped,no internet communication.reloaded IE 6 but still not working,LAN is ok,NIC is ok,other PC`s are working,try to uninstall from control panel not possible,How to correct explore 6,PL.reply,thanks
