How to Use Admin Tools, Computer Mgmt.

I am a real newbie when it comes to working with networks and we recently set up a peer-to-peer network with one standalone computer as the server and 10 remote computers all using WINXP except 1 (it uses Win98SE). Does anyone know of any easy to understand resource on how to use the Administrative Tools (mainly computer management)? I like to be able to set restrictions on these computers instead of giving everyone an administrator logon. Thanks!
