How to use LiveHelper behind Ms Proxy 2

I am using LiveHelper utility 2.7, which is used for live support through Internet of your business. I am using this utility behind Ms Proxy 2.0. As this utility uses SOCKS 5 behind proxy and i could connect to the Internet through it.

Help me how I could use this utility behind Ms Proxy 2.0. Does Microsoft uses SOCKS 5.
