How to use SIP to connect Cisco phones to my Cisco UM PBX from remote site

I have a remote site that only has Internet connectivity. The computers there can use the Cisco VPN and Cisco Soft Phone to connect but how could I use SIP from firewall to firewall to allow physical Cisco phones to connect automatically without the VPN?
