How to use UVNC to connect to a different network

Hi,

I would like to use UVNC to connect to remote PCs, however, I am only successful connecting to PC in my network (at home through a router). But when someone that is not on my network gives me his IP address, I can’t ping it or connect to it using UVNC.

Any suggestion how can I connect to they PCs????
