How to VPN through PIX

Situation:
I want to be able to set up a VPN connection from a dial-up client machine to my PIX.
The client machine is Win2k Pro and has the VPN Client 3.3.
I have set up the encryption license on the PIX as well.

How do I set-up an encyptedtunnel to the PIX and then how do I authenicate? The Cisco documents tend to be cryptic to me, any other documents out there?
