How TSClient access multi-W2K srv’s?

I have multiple W2K servers each with Terminal Services Remote Admin installed and enabled. How can I connect from my home PC to Administer any of these server? I specify the IP address of the NIC that is connected to the ADSL line, but how do I gain access to the other servers in the network? Do I need to establish a VPN connection to each?
