HP 14-dv0055TU Pavilion Laptop Screen Problem

Hello there!
I was working on it when my HP 14-dv0055TU Pavilion laptop began to display all of these coloured lines on the screen. Is my graphics card faulty because it just goes white? If not, do you have any suggestions?
