HP 4250 problems

I have some problems with one of my printers.
When you print an Access document, then it has 4mm wide horizontal lines on the paper. Between 7 and 8 on each paper.
Test page as well as a word doc. came out fine.
Never saw this before, does anybody has an idea?
On a different printer, same model we have no problems.
