HP 800 Doesnot print all pages.

I have hp 800dn printer using win xp on the network.One of my client has a problem with it.
The printer doesnot print all the pages in doc.Thi is from word xp.
He is the only one with this problem.
Maybe he has a bad dll.If so where can I get a newer version?
