HP 9300 can’t feed glossy paper

HP deskjet 9300 printing from Mac OS 10.4.11.

The deskjet has a difficult time feeding the HP Premium Glossy Paper
and HP Photo Greeting Cards. (Regular text paper works fine.) The
printer never had this problem before. It starts printing approximately
1/4 of the way up the page causing the pictures/graphics to run off
the page. The printer than continues to print on the roll itself leaving
the ink to accumulate.

Thought it might be Photoshop C2 so I saved file as pdf but problem
is still occurring.

Can anyone help?
