HP Color Laser Jet 5500

Problem occurs when machine is duplexing. When the printer pulls paper back into the machine to printer otherside it gets jammed around the fuser. Other times it is sitting at the bottom of the machine at the paper pickup assembly. Already replaced the paper pickup assembly once. Never happens when printing one sided.
