HP Color LaserJet 4600 printing a line in the middle of the paper

I have a HP C. LJ 4600 and it keeps printing a line at apx the 2″ margin on the right side of the paper, when I replace the toner cartridges the line goes away for about one to two weeks but it comes back, I have tried using different toners and the same thing happens could use some help on this one
