We have had this printer for several years, and it seems to work fine, but with a few issues. Previously we had it set up on a peer-to-peer network with windows 98. The problem we found here was we could not tell the printer to use the rear & manualfeed tray. HP knew of this problem and could not offer any real solution. We decided to change to NT which resolves this issue. On NT we also installed Office 2000 Pro. Now we are seeing other problems, the main issue is that we could be printing a 20 page document and after 2 or 3 pages of being perfect, it will start missing characters out of words. It does not happen for any particular characters. We have the latest drivers as per HP’s web site, and Microsoft has no issues with office 2000. Can some one help, or even send us an earlier version of the driver. Thanks MJ
